Hi all, I have pretty bad health anxiety and have had it for years.
My current hang up is that I feel ike I have a lump in my throat. It started a week before we went on our highly anticipated much longed for summer holiday which I assumed was down to the stress of preparing and packing etc. Once away it disappeared completely for 2 weeks until I returned to work and now its driving me mad. If I am really busy I forget about it but mostly I constantly think about it and it makes it worse. I can swallow without pain, and when I eat it goes away. Drinking is ok if I sip but if I gulp I feel it. I am clearing my throat and know I am agrivating it. I am managing to keep a level head about it and that its anxiety related but not sure for how long. I have reinstated exercise to reduce stress as well as meditation but is there anything else I can do????
