About Piercing Bump VS Keloid

Hello, I want to have a piercing, but I have a lot of concerns about it. Can someone who has done this before, or has knowledge of it help. Does it leave a mark, or does it go away right away. I am very afraid about this. I don't want any marks left on my body. I want to get it done on my nose. In general, I would be very pleased, if you could inform me, if there is any harm. You'll be left with a hole in your nose, yes, and a scar. You probably won't get a keloid unless you're already prone to them, and piercing bumps usually go away with appropriate care.
