Hi, can someone please describe there panic attacks as I’m not sure that’s what I’m having.
One minute I am absolutely fine , not worrying about anything just getting on with day to day things ( shopping , work, cleaning) then the next thinking my eye site goes strange almost like I’m getting a migraine aura and then I get a huge feeling of doom and panic. If I go and sit down take deep breaths my eyes go back to normal and the panic feeling goes. It’s have been lasting around 2 / 3 minutes.
After the episode I feel ok but just a bit anxious.
