Bulbar / general ALS concerns

Hi all,

I've been in the ALS rabbit hole for a while now and I'm feeling worried about this symptom that is concerning me. I've had a nagging cough and I usually wouldn't think twice about it, but I remember reading once an article about someone who went to the doctor because he had an ongoing cough, and then when he went, the doctor discovered weakness in his hand and then eventually ALS was diagnosed. I'm now really worried about Bulbar onset and ALS more generally again.
