Well, the solitary lifestyle seems to be the key:

• I live alone:
• When I work, it's mostly alone;
• I have my groceries delivered;
• If I go amongst people I keep my distance and try to pick less busy times;
• I rarely socialise.

It's not ideal on a human level really, but it seems to have worked. I'm still quite fearful of what it will be like for me if I did catch it (despite being fully vaccinated) but I suppose as long as I carry on like this, I'll probably be okay.

I had it in July. Started with scratchy throat, fever peaked on day two around 102 and the stayed low-grade for another day. Bad headache for one day, slight sore throat for one day. And tested negative/mostly felt better by day 5. I was a bit tired for the next week or so. I had the flu 4 weeks ago and it was so much worse and I still haven't been able to shake the sore throat.

I still know some people who haven't had it - My parents who are still very careful, but have been exposed at least once without getting it. A few of my friends also haven't had it and they have been back to living completely normally for a while now. A few of the remaining have just gotten it in the last month, but there are definitely some still going strong without it!
