Hey all - man, I haven’t been here for years but here I am… I’m just sitting still and my leg up on my thigh and my foot is shaking by itself! I can feel internal shaking - I have high anxiety about my heart right now and I’ve been moving my room around - but this weird feet shaking is weird and it’s in both feet! It’s freaking me out - anyone else had this??

It’s quiet here lately, give us a chance.
Sometimes your leg will shake due to the position & the tension on your muscles. It’s happened to me before.
