I don't know it, but I am not overwhelmed by fear that it causes depression-like symptoms. Small victories I guess.

I have abdomen twitching as well if it makes you feel any better.

Went to neurologist today as I have back pain with pins and needles. He didn't do extensive check up but he did check my reflexes and I was holding hands straight with eyes closed etc and he said that he doesn't recommend MRI or EMG as he belives I am neurologically fine.

For fasciculations, he said, let them be...

Yes it does make me feel better oddly..lol.
Have you considered having your biceps twitch bcs of your spine? C5c6 can apparently cause something like that..

No way it is that as my eyelid is twitching even longer, and I have shoulder, back, abdomen, butt, calf, quadriceps twitches occassionally.

Too many different twitches for it to be spine related

Oh okay,...I only think mine might be something other than this is bcs my twitching in the arm starts when im using my arm..holding phone, texting, gaming etc...when its still and in a good position aligned with my neck I dont really notice it happening....so I was thinking that the nerv could be stimulated by the movement and its reacting..

Feck knows!!...Im just very very bad with my anxiety lately..Today I was listening to my favourite song and crying for 30 mins straight while peeling potatoes..feel a tad better i must say..
Btw I too have a lip twitch that comes on every night for the past week..

Just to let you know, I suffered with all over body muscle twitches 24/7 for a year. Literally, every part of my body. All the time!
That sent me down such an ALS anxiety spiral, that even when the ALS fear was over I still had crazy anxiety for years!
Don't let it go that far! Muscle twitches is an extremely common symptom of anxiety. Even now I notice whenever I get angry, I start twitching somewhere. It's an overloaded nervous system. Just ignore it
