Its Happened Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yet again i cant sleep been up all; night. im shaking my head feels like its full of cotton wool sounds arent the same i cant stay steady or stand up AND STILL I CANT SLEEP
needless to say this is ruining my life more than panic and anxiety has. im really not in a good mood right now
never use a long word where a diminutive confabulation will suffice.

Your anxiety must be an all time high to stop you sleeping.
The more we worry and stress about not getting a good nights sleep the worse it makes us.
