New Here - Hello to Everyone!

Hi! I am so thankful that I came upon this forum again. I was here many years ago but can't remember my username. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. I'm a 43-year-old female living on the East Coast (USA). I have had health anxiety since I was a child. I truly love life, and am very blessed to have an amazing family and super supportive husband, wonderful doggies, great job...no complaints from me! But this brain of mine. Ay ya Yai! My health anxiety comes and goes (I seem to be fine and strong for years and then WHAM I find myself spiraling). I feel for anyone who has this, and/or any sort of health condition.
