I have been dealing with health anxiety again and this time and its currently back with a vengeance. What's odd is I feel like I have developed panic attacks for the first time which probably makes a lot of sense given how anxious I have been but because I have HA these can't be panic attacks they have to be linked to somthing else...stupid brain 🙈
They seem to happen in public places, shops, work canteen etc but not at home and not in my car. This bizzar sensation comes up from the pit of my stomach its almost cold and it comes up my body to the back of my head and the I feel woozy and shaky my heart rate raises, I then actually panic that I'm going to pass-out or collapse etc which makes it worse. It passes and then I am left feeling tired and weak.
I am going to an appointment on Monday about my HA to get help again but I now have a long weekend to think about all my symptoms so just really wanted to convince my brain that these are panic attacks and to try and relax.
