Forgetfulness scared

Hey guys I’ve had health anxiety for as long as I can remember I’m 31 now and it’s back in full force
It’s now focused on early onset dementia because I keep forgetting or doing things like
I put salt in fridge absent minded
And yesterday I could have swore blind I put a wash on only to come home and find I didn’t that was the day before
I’m now worrying a lot it’s something more sinister like a brain tumour
But I’m trying to remind myself I’ve had all this before and beat it and it’s one diseases after another surely I don’t have them all and it’s just a stressed mind
Have any of you ever done things like this
