Hi I am new here . I am in my 60s have agoraphobia panics anxiety and depression. All made worse with pandemic always terrified of getting covid. 3 years avoided it. Tested positive last week . I feel I have know one to talk to . Just need a friend someone in similar situations.

I caught covid last year after avoiding it for ages. It wasn’t that bad really but the anxiety it brought with it was worse. Sort of..oh no, I’ve finally got it. But it went and it’s all past now, as yours will be soon. Be prepared for a final last fling with it. Just as you’re beginning to feel ok, on the last day it tends to hit again. Only for 24 hours, like a last gasp, then it goes.
