    Eye spasms/twitching

    Not sure if I should be worried, but for some reason today I looked in the mirror with one eye open and one shut. I noticed the one shut has like a muscle spasm and twitches while it is closed. The whole time it is closed and it won’t stop until I open it. It has me panicking thinking I have ALS or something.

    ALS doesn't affect eye muscles

    My right eye does that when I am highly stressed.
    The twitching,tic’s can go for weeks.
