Hello, I keep getting a weird tongue sensation that sometimes makes it awkward to speak, not sure if i'm hyperaware of it now?. I also just found some red patches and little bumps on each side where the tongue joins.. is this normal? I do have tmj and marks where my tongue presses against my teeth if that is anything. It doesn't explain the little bumps on each side though?
