I’ve been coming to this site for reassurances and seeing like minded individuals going through similar situations for years. I don’t have enough fingers on my hand to count the number of time I googled “nomorepanic, (insert symptom here)” while in the midst of a panic attack.

I’ve learned so much just reading other people’s experiences through the years, I finally decided to just join!
