Appendicitis help help too o veretthinking

Ive been having pelvic pain for 9 days constant also 4, 5days ago started to have pain right to navel, and between navel and hip down, also close to groin and hip pain when it hurts i press on it it hurt im gonna die i know never had test done to see appendix im gonna die cant relaxy when i walk i walk okay just have that constant pinch like pain lower right abdomen

Ive been having pelvic pain after 3 days of unprotected sex, yesterday i got period it somehow is manageable to endure but still there now i think ots appendicitis since ive been feeling also cramps pinches on lower right quadrant, and belly buttob also hip pain and above im gonna die i know it has been days gonna rupture is abdominal ultrasound ok to saw it im gonna die i know bad feel
