Hi all,
I’m Emma - 50 - been good (for me, because I am agoraphobic, but if you don’t know me well you wouldn’t know)for 12 yrs anxiety/depression wise now having a bad time due to breakdown in marriage.

I would like to support others in need & hopefully spread a bit of hope to those suffering- but I could do with a helping hand myself too Right now
