Indent/dimple worry..

Heya, I have this indent or dimple worry since january, everyday mostly.. when I tense my right arm muscle while keeping my arm down, there appears a dent or dimple at the side of my breast. Without tensing them, there's nothing! I can't feel any lumps inside my breast at the place where it indents when I tense the muscles. If it was breast cancer, would I have more symptoms by now? Nothing has changed since I first saw it.. I tried thinking it's a muscle thing but google keeps saying there aren't any muscles in the breast and a indent or dimple is breast cancer. Hate the worry..

I have this on both breasts. I had it checked out. It’s a stretched ligament attaching my skin to my chest wall, so when I tense it pulls the skin inwards towards the muscle. The dimple is quite significant too! I had it monitored every 3 months for a year, and after it hadn’t changed for a year I was discharged.
