Newbie who is struggling

Hi everyone,

I’ve read forums for so many years and always been too scared to post but after 11 years of struggling with severe health anxiety and more recently depression, I thought surely I have nothing to lose from opening up and talking to others who might just understand how I feel.

Health anxiety has taken over my life for so long and it continues to do so now :(

I’m 32. I’m currently struggling with constant twitching all over my body ( although I have experienced this for years however seems
Worse now) , worried that my speech is slurred and I’m generally just drained. I’m convinced I have MND and no matter how many times I talk my self out of this , I end up back in the same place.

Will it ever stop , will I ever overcome this 🥺
