Hi all - been doing well for a while but this morning I had reddish stools. When I wiped, I saw several bright red specks; I’m thinking it could be related to my late night meal that had chili sauce (gochujang) but am scared regardless. Stomach doesn’t really hurt or anything but still freaked out. Is this health anxiety again? Or should I be worried?
