Persistent sore throat at base of throat

I’ve had a sore throat right at the base of my throat just above my collar bone for
8 weeks now and I’m going down a throat cancer rabbit hole. All of my blood tests have come back as normal. It almost feels like I have an ulcer, it mainly hurts if I speak or swallow. Does anyone know what it could be?

Is it worse when lying down? Could it be reflux?
