So after a week of starting fiber supplement I’m still having issues. Still have ribbon like stools and sometime loose stools. Cramps are mostly gone and so is the pain. Still no blood thank god.

Is it notmal to have lose stools and be constapted? Their soft and flat when I go, sorry if TMI. Even though my doctor said it is likely IBS, I went and made a GI appoitment for October 30th sincce that's the soonest I could get. Any help is welcomed.
