It a while back for me too Carnation but can remember the havoc it played at the start and like you Blue I was concerned at first...and like you say Carnation any amount of blood, even a pin prick you panic when you don’t know the cause...
i blame the media, tv, magazines etc and all the scare mongers, they mess with your head....
Blue I was spotting for 6 weeks after one period, nothing one day then it would start again and so on...and like you often it was nothing to shout about, it got annoying cause I had to use a pad every day just incase...

    Youll be fine Blue xx

You will be Blue, anxiety really takes it out of you....
finish work for the weekend, go home, relax, maybe have a bath, put your pjs on and enjoy your Chinese meal and Mr B’s company...
Once the anxiety comes down you’ll start to think differently...
Enjoy your meal, whatever you decide to have xxx

Sorry you had such a rough time BI, I hope you enjoyed your Chinese!

Just wanted to say that when I was peri all kind of weird things happened, i hadn't had a period in years due to the Mirena coil, then out of nowhere I had spotting and what I can inly describe as sludge. It was all part of the process, not pleasant though.

Try and enjoy your weekend and relax a little.

Agree with what the other ladies have said! Peri plus stress will mess up your cycle. I知 also learning that Peri makes anxiety so koch worse (i知 49). Hope you enjoyed your evening x

Blue I know this post is old but I am going through this now, and did this two years ago, it's part of perimenopause, isn't it the worst? How are you doing now?

I'm still worried, but learning to accept it. I spot around ovulation time every other month, and my periods tail off into spotting that takes a good few days to resolve. However, I'm aware this is standard peri weirdness, and while my periods are fairly heavy they always have been.
