Spotting - could somebody please talk me down?

Thanks. Apparently I've reached that point in life where I'm terrified of my periods - I'm panicky today even though my current one is running totally normally.

Blue I hear you, I started on the sixth finally after have a few days of light spotting and I am worried it won't stop, I have heard of women having their last few periods lasting one to two months before menopause.

My periods always went over 7 days and I would still have spotting and the brown discharge after that.

Got the fear again, even though I'm only spotting lightly now and it hasn't even been a week.

I used to PK. I'm at the time of life I don't have them anymore.
