just seen this thread. I know you know this, but this is COMPLETELY NORMAL for women of our age. I get it and so do all my post-mid 40s friends. Hang in there. Xxx

Did discover a new favourite meal today, though. It's kottu, it's from Sri Lanka and it's like egg fried rice on steroids.
