Several of these have abounded over the years but one of the most enduring of more recent years seems to be the term 'woke'.

Up until a couple of years ago the term 'snowflake' (in a pejorative context) was used quite frequently (and sometimes interchangeably with 'woke') but now seems to be used less frequently and mostly appears to have been superseded by the term 'woke', despite both terms co-existing in similar context for quite a time.

Conversely, the term 'gammon' was also frequently used as a pejorative term up until a couple of years ago, and is kind of the polar opposite of 'snowflake'/'woke'.

For better or worse, we don't really seem to hear of the phrase 'political correctness (PC) gone mad' as much of late either, nor other old chestnuts of the 2000s and very early 2010s such as 'ch@v', 'feral youth', Broken Britain', etc.
