Pantoprazole late side effects.

I am suffering from severe gastritis and on Pantroprazole. For three weeks no side effects but now daily headache. Could you have side effects after taking for three weeks? Scared my gastritis is something more serious. How long to treat gastritis? Does my HA make gastritis worse? Sorry for all the question but panicking!

Ppi's do give side effects. I believe head ache is on that list. Isnt it disclosed in the description? I use ppi's for decades and although i do not have head aches i know they are on that is mentioned as a side effect on my description.
If you worry about your gastritis symptoms all you can do is go back to the GP and mention this to him/her. Will HA and panicking make symptoms worse? One thing i know is that it wont help it, but i understand not worrying can be tough.
