I was really itchy yesterday, accidentally scratched the wrong place then later bled all over my underwear. Had the mother of all panic attacks and convinced myself it was cancer. I'm exhausted, and nos I'm bleeding from all the "checking" I subsequently did. I just want to sleep for about a month.

aww Blue I hope you can get some time off to rest up. I am doing okay other than a bit of anxiety over my throat on the right side, feeling a little scratchy and my voice getting a little hoarse, but I am guessing that was from the month long upper resp infection, the bloody nose to where it was going down the back of my throat which would cause that side to burn badly, my health anxiety is going throat cancer, but I don't smoke or drink, I try to eat some fruit and veggies a few times a week, and it doesn't run in our family, hubby thinks that it's just irritated and that I could have allergies, starting.

Might be a stupid question but can you still have the monthly changes when you're well past the menopause. I ask because my left booby niggle has come back I'm trying so hard to ignore it bit it's definitely there and it seems to be a month without it ....just wondering if it might be a monthly thing
To a certain extent, Yes you can JHR x
