The blood is back :,(

Feeling very anxious.


I don’t have a bowel movement every day, but on the last 3/4 I have had blood when wiping. It’s not always particularly sore, although once it did sting a little later when I passed urine.


I have had piles before, although not sure if I have them now, I can sometimes feel small grape like things after pushing. So sorry to much information.


I had a colonoscopy May 2022, a few small polyps were found and removed but no follow up needed.


I am now concerned about this bleeding, only when I wipe- it’s fresh red colour.


I am 37 and just don’t know whether to wait it out, I am anxious but at the same time don’t want to open a door to all of this.

I am just worried 😔 and it’s all making me anxious. I’m not the best at eating fruit, and trying to turn off the anxiety, up my fibre and see how things go but it’s hard.

If you had colonoscopy in 2022, you are good for many years - that is an established medical fact.
These are absolutely piles, just be gentle with yourself, and try some cooked beans, and a lot of water. Constipation and pushing will do that, so try to do anything to make yourself go more often and without much effort.
