I haven't posted in years and I thought I had my anxiety under control to a degree. Iv always had lumpy breasts and there is an area in my right breast that has small cysts had an ultrasound back in April this year. Anyway iv felt what I think is a new lump in this area so trying not to panic about that as I know cystic area however after feeling around on my left breast can feel a tiny lump near my nipple aswell. I do have a breast clinic appointment next Tuesday so not long to wait. As I am now 40 they will want to do a mammogram aswell which I am.terrified of as they pick more things up than an ultrasound. Iv also been reading about the mini pill and breast cancer well iv been on the pill since teens. Also I know of 2 people my age who have recently passed from breast cancer so my mind is telling me this is going to happen to me.
Just struggling with all of this at the moment
