Does anyone take any natural supplements for GAD?

Hi all, sure it's probably been discussed before but does anyone take any supplements that they have found beneficial at all with GAD?

I wondered if perhaps Vit D might help in the absence of sunlight at this time of year or perhaps a multivitamin such as berocca or Centrum.

I haven't really experimented with any and wondered if others have found anything they would recommend please 🙂

Thanks Nicola, I got some high strength vitamin D this morning and I am going to give it a go to see if it helps.
