I'll admit I haven't gotten much exercise lately but thats because of work and Winter. And my anxiety has been awful a lot lately. Any way I can exercise during this Winter weather to help? Thanks

Exercise in general is good for you both physically and mentally. There are 100's of ways to get exercise. From gyms to things you can do even while sitting at your desk at work. No one can tell you what would be best for you. Find something that appeals to you and works and go for it.
