IÂ’ve had flare ups of anxiety on occasion and struggle to catch a deep breath. IÂ’m sure itÂ’s anxiety because IÂ’ve had it ever since I remember. The other thing is that I exercise regularly and breathe fine. ItÂ’s when my mind is unoccupied like lying awake at night that I struggle to catch my breath.

Even though I know itÂ’s anxiety related I canÂ’t shake it. And it keeps coming back. Does anyone have tips? Thanks in advance.
