Liver biopsy

Hi I have been told I need to have a liver biopsy ,all of my liver tests have been negative but because the Dr found a small vein in my oesophagus he wants to be completely sure my liver doesn't have any blood flow issues, I am so so scared ,has anybody had positive e patience with a liver biopsy? I have also got to have a 3rd upper endoscopy aswell , feel so upset I'm starting off 2024 like this 😒

So disappointed nobody can help me, I have my pre biopsy assessment tomorrow ,I just can't stop worrying about this
