Hey , im writting this as i am in a state of panic right now and i really dont Wanna do research myself as i know for a fact i will find something that will make me worse. I have been having some pelvic cramping mid cycle for a week straight in the last year and sometimes very light spotting, i used to put it down to ovulation symptoms but now im terrified it could mean something worse. What are the odds of having any type of reproductive system cancer at 27? Sorry if the question seems stupid but im really trying to just calm down and could use some help.
