Site issues?

It's happening again.
The Site logged me out when I hadn't and each time I log back in (save password) I'm logged out again.
Also the 'agree to sharing your information popup' is coming up far too much, almost every time I log on. This was happening before the other issue.
Anyone else experiencing the same?

It keeps freezing and not loading.
