Severe fatigue please help

Hi all. I've been suffering from severe fatigue for a few years now. I've had anxiety and depression for years and take citalopram. The fatigue is what really scares me as I'm convinced it's cancer or something serious... I feel constantly light headed/dizzy/like I'm not in my body. I can't remember anything, even basic instructions and I'm soooo tired ALL THE TIME. Can this really be just anxiety and depression related? X

Have you spoken to doctor and had bloods done?

For a period that long and constant, it could be a lack of iron. You can check this with your doctor through a blood test. Red meat and dark green veggies are good for iron if it is that or you can get iron supplements.
Anxiety can cause fatigue but normally short spells.
So can lack of good sleep.
Without knowing your background it's not easy to say but maybe check with your GP.
