My first time on this forum so hopefully I can find peace and help here.my name is Dave and have had anxiety and depression for many years;but this is the worst it’s ever been, even rang the nhs crisis line last week, really triggered by a section 21 notice and have to move back to mums very soon so became very anxious with strong suicidal ideation.Have been to the go and currently on citalopram and propranolol 10mg which has now been upped to 40mg three times a day, it’s a real struggle at the moment but reading the forum I guess I am not alone xxxx
