I cut my finger without realising, it bled and I forgotten about it, I was out and I needed to use the petrol station toilet and went into the disabled toilets because it looks nice, I closed the doors by holding the metal bar in the middle, and realised i accident touched it with my hand that had the open cut.
Can I catch something from this. What steps do I need to take now. Please help.

Even though it’s known public toilets are filthy? Why won’t I can’t catch something with an open wound.

Because if this happened with any sort of regularity, the numbers of people catching HIV from public toilets would be the subject of media uproar. Nice way to talk to somebody who's trying to help you, by the way.
