I don’t know if this is a stomach issue or an anxiety thing.
For the last two days I have had a sensation like food has come back up in my throat. I have had it before but it usually goes within 30 mins and I can’t get rid of it now. It’s been non stop for two days straight.
I thought it was just acid reflux just without the burning so I took some gavisxon but it didn’t go and now I’m just having another freak out about this as well.
I am just feeling so overwhelmed about being mentally/physically unwell ALL the time and just want to be back to normal where I don’t care about my health. But it deffo feels like something is pushing in my throat and choking me not like when you have the globus thing.
