That's true, and I also imagine the things that could go wrong, even though it's probably irrational, it feels very real.
I've just finished counselling, but I'm considering doing it again, I'm searching for cheap counselling at the moment.

Yes, I have a crisis line number, but I'm not sure if they would help with making an appointment, but I'll try, thank you. Also, I've heard that 111 could help get an appointment, I wondered if you know if that's true?
