Aching Left Arm

I've had a bad shoulder for years, it's always popped and clicked easily and was a party trick. Last year when asleep it popped out the socket, went to hospital day after and was ok. Been OK since then but last few weeks it's been aching a lot, from the top of the arm down the arm. Google with say heart attack. It feels better with a bath and heat.

I'm worried it's a sarcoma.

It's not a heart problem and not sarcoma I am pretty sure of that.

Probably a muscular issue.

It improves with deep heat and is aggravated by movement. I feel its gone and then its there again. Consistently for almost a week.

Yup, definitely muscular then! Absolutely nothing to worry about.

If it improves with heat and is aggravated by movement it does sound muscular. A week is nothing really. I’ve had muscular issues (deltoid according to a nurse) that lasted weeks on end.
