I am feeling much better today [^]. I am down today my electrick went last night so i am using my m8s com till they cum :(. SO i have been better but i am having a bad fear of death and being burried alive. terrible aint it. Please help xxx

Why do you feel that you are being buried alive - is this a nightmare or something you feel all day?

Fearing/feelings of being buried alive seem to relate to a feeling of being trapped? Or snowed under? At least, that's how I feel when I get those kind of sensations. I know it's easy to say, but try not to worry too much, and hope you feel better soon. It sounds like you're definitely on your way.
