@panic_down_under No, I’m still on the 50mg, as doctor said to come back in 2 months to see how I’m doing. I think it’s only been 3 weeks so far.

Yeah, thinks it’s either gastric or picked up something, because my mum has the same diarrhoea and as I take care of her, I’m around her everyday so we’ve picked something up. Sticking to a plain diet, toast, bananas, mash and crackers. Taking some diorlyte as well, so see how I go and if it improves.

Think I’m gonna slow down and try rest a bit, been very stressed lately and running around busy. Thanks again for replying, helps to talk, especially when I panic.

Still loose. Had a bowel movement this morning that started solid but then became loose again, so not sure if it’s getting better, but usually when I get diarrhoea, it lasts maybe two days at most, so this is lasting a bit longer, which is making me anxious. Plus I feel a little dizzy, which could be me stressing now about it. Going to keep on a bland diet and take a diorlyte to see if it helps, or get some medicine from the pharmacy to help.

The dizziness could be from the stress, or a lack of fluids with/or an electrolyte imbalance. So the diorlyte is a good idea as low electrolytes can exacerbate the PVCs. An antidiarrheal would also help if the diarrhea continues. Get the pharmacist's advice on the most suitable one in light of PVCs being your main anxiety trigger.

@panic_down_under Hi, had to go doctors anyway so explained that I’d had diarrhoea for several days. Had to do a covid test, thankfully negative. Temperature was fine 36.9, turns out I had gastroenteritis. So gave me Laporamide Hydrochloride to take. So see how that goes, but dizziness has eased anyway, so hopefully it clears up soon and I stop stressing might help haha!
