    Left abdominal pain and nausea

    Please someone help.I haven’t been on here for a while but am spiralling out of control.I have had pain under my left rib on and of for a couple of weeks,most noticeable after eating.I feel constantly nauseous and my stools float ( I think they always have) I am terrified of pancreatic cancer. I had a really nasty diarrhoea bug 3 weeks ago but am well over that now.I am 63 and petrified I have pancreatic cancer.My GP did a stool sample when I was ill and it was negative for bacterial cause. Had anyone else experienced these symptoms and are ok.Please someone reply. I am going out of my mind worrying myself sick

    I think if it was cancer it wouldn't just be there after eating so must be related to food and digestive system.

    I had similar symptoms when I had gastritis. Nausea, loss of appetite and stabbing pain in my stomach after eating. I switched to a low acid food gastritis diet. It took a while to resolve ( about 3 months). Doc did offer me acid blockers but I had been on them for something else previously and they made me even more nauseous.

    The pain is on and off most of the day🥲I fo suffer from IBS but not usually with these symptoms.Would I be yellow with Pancreatic cancer? What scares me is that I’d known as the silent killer.These thoughts are stopping me getting on with my life.Am totally focussed on the fear

    also to let you know floating stools are nothing to be concerned about, I have had them since I was a kid and so has my mom and dad, it's due to air in the stool, when we eat, laugh, cry, whatever we tend to inhale air and it gets trapped in the stomach, and also the bowels.

    I’m kinda in the same situation and went for an ultrasound this morning. Now I have to wait for the results and I’m imaging all sorts.
