Just been put on 10mg to help with my migraines and headaches.
Anyone else got any experience for this,
And how long do the side effects last, 2 days in and feel very groggy and tired, also a few hot flushes. Thanks.

The side-effects will likely diminish fairly quickly as 10mg is a small dose. The usual starting dose for anxiety and depression is 75mg. Amitriptyline is a fairly potent antihistamine which is why you're feeling groggy and tired. Be extra cautious driving, or doing any potentially hazardous activity when you're sedated.

Thanks, yesterday I didn’t feel to bad. Today I’ve woke with a migraine and feel groggy.
I’m going to give them a couple of months and monitor it.
