I'm a bit late coming on the forum today.
I think you are doing all the right things JHR. You manage a challenge, then you rest. Listen to what your body is telling you.

Well I'm definitely learning had a dreadful night. Bad dreams, racing heart and OH trying out his wart hog impressions all night. So here we go again hyper focusing on every ache and pain again. Very jittery again today.

You must be in the same pig field as me JHR
Several times o/h woke me with his orchestrated throat sounds. Normally I would sleep through it but I think when
the mind is running everything becomes a disturbance.
Do you get that feeling you've been to an all night party when you wake up or been competing in the Olympic games? Think it takes me near enough an hour until I feel any energy, however small.

Absolutely Carn on all points. I think I must try to stop analysing cos that in itself is becoming an obsession but I really think there's a link to my wobbles and how tired I am. It seems the more tired I am the more I fixate on every ache and pain. If OH says one more time "at our age we will start to get aches and pains why can't you just accept that" I swear you'll be hearing about me on the evening news. Lord knows I really don't want to keep feeling like this but it's realky taking some extra managing this time.

Oh no, I say that to my o/h
But there is a difference between a stiff joint and anxiety induced symptoms that are more fatigued related.
Sometimes I can't be asked to even make a cuppa I'm so done in. The twitching of a muscle compares to a long run. Adrenaline rushes uses incredible amounts of our energy sources. And thinking, well that's just exhausting.

    Morning JHR
Well you sound much better than you did a couple of weeks ago. Don't mad and go and climb Mount Everest though. It's cooled down a bit here today. Yesterday was 27c and there's a hotter one coming Monday /Tuesday, sigh. So I'll get my jobs done over the weekend.
    Anything planned JHR?

I hate tummy butterflies JHR. In fact why do they call them butterflies? Soft gentle fluttery things. Mine are more like elephants tramping around.

Yes, get outside work done today. Tomorrow and Monday are hotting up again. Dare I say roll on Autumn? There I’ve said it anyway.
I believe it’s going to be particularly hot your end Mrs.C. I don’t know what’s worse, blazing sun or humidity.

Well a much better day today, just the odd wobble. Avoided Everest Carn, enjoyed the penultimate day of the Olympics and our footie team won away on the 1st day of the season. Hooe everyone else's day has been OK

I've been out today, jittery is putting it mildly. Still, I went out and got back unscathed.

Yes Darksky, Monday and Tuesday - hot, hot, hot.

Good to hear you had a better day JHR long may they continue.
