Undiagnosed Lower Abdomen Pain: please help

On behalf of my wife:

‘ I am suffering from severe abdominal issues. I have full and constant pain that flares up in my lower abdomen. The pain is severe and makes me bed-bound for days. The triggers are caffeine, intercourse and orgasms. I have been suffering for several years now but nothing has ever been identified by my Doctors and it is becoming more frequent and more intense. My life and therefore the lives of my family are being severely affected.

Endometriosis and adenomyosis have been ruled out.

I have had a laparoscopy, MRI, CT, cystioscopy and ultrasound have all come back clear.

PLEASE can anyone help? I am so desperate. Thank you. ‘

This isn't a diagnosis site, sorry..... keep going with the drs and hopefully they will find an answer soon.

Odd. All I’ve seen on here are people seeking advice/diagnosis’. If it hasn’t escaped your notice: the NHS is broken. Thrown from pillar to post and lied to. And people convince themselves it is something to be proud of. The Doctors (and the system) do nothing. Except make dance videos when they were allegedly overrun. But great, thanks for your valuable (patronising?) ‘advice’.

I've been having lower pelvic pain, not as severe/painful as hers but I understand her frustration with the medical system. Has she seen a pelvic floor physical therapist ? Sometimes pelvic floor muscles are too tight and can cause a whole lot of pain. Wishing her all the best. It's very frustrating when all the tests come back " there's nothing wrong with you" but you are still in pain.
