Brain tumour worries just as feeling better

Yesterday was my best day by far for 3 months for my balance etc and the GP gave me Bethestimine. I took my first last night. At around 10 I felt a headache pain above ear for a few seconds....this happened around 4 or 5 times in a couple of minutes then went. I didn't think much of it then slept. This morning I googled on NHS site and it came up with ice pick headaches and said is a sign of a brain tumour with dizziness. I was instantly sick violently and it even woke my wife up
I've had to get fresh air but don't know what to do.

Has anyone else ever had these headaches or whatever they are. Would they be more painful if they were ice pick headaches. It didn't make me move it anything, was just slightly uncomfortable. Could it be taking the meds for the first time? I genuinely can't do this anymore. The NHS site said it this time.

Do you have vertigo? It so, it's not uncommon to have headaches and vomiting with that

Yep, slight vertigo. I just saw my GP again and he said it was most likely the musculoskeletal area feeling a bit tense especially if stress etc. he doesn't want to refer me and said he is not worried. I should have asked for an MRI but don't know if it will actually help me in the long run. I'm so hyper aware of the area that I actually am bringing on headaches now.
