Feeling very low

Thanks darksy I’m going to day and really want to abandon the whole trip I’m sick of feeling like this

Oh and I went back on the antidepressants on Saturday I feel disappointed in myself I really didn’t want to go back on them already but I knew I couldn’t carry on hoping they do something for me

I’m still feeling really low have come away for a few days break but really just want to go home 8 days of new meds am scared they are not going to work
